I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Our soccer association hired this company to take the athletes photographs. We received our proof Via email and the photographer did not pose our daughter. They have her holding the ball hunched forward with her shoulders uneven. How a paid photographer allowed this is extremely unprofessional. This is their job, pose the client and take the picture. Picture make up day for our league is when we are out of town, and they are asking us to drive 45 minutes away to retake. If the photographer would have taken the picture correctly the first time, we would not be in this situation and they would not be wasting my time. Do not use this company. They are extremely unprofessional.

I never leave one star. I’m serious about great customer service. And this business Is be really lacking. Half the team on my sons soccer team is missing their entire photo packets. No pictures. NO answers. No make up pictures. NO REFUND! This company doesn’t care. They only want your money. they take your money and don’t return phones calls and very vague emails. They really don’t care. AYSO please stop using them.

The worst customer service. These people are beyond rude. They will ignore you for weeks and you will never receive the items you paid for. No clue how such a scam of a company is still in business.

Ordered My Sons football pictures back in October, Followed up once his teammates received their pictures, I was told that they were using a third party vendor and was told the following... on 12/16/22

I asked to be at least compensated for poor service but was told they can't offer me anything. If My Son didn't really want his picture I would be asking for a refund!

Horrible customer service. If I could leave zero stars I would.. Placed an order in April and stiil have not received my order! Left numerous emails and voicemails and still have not heard from them. I will be reaching out to our local sports team and advising them to NOT use them and giving them my complaints! This is unacceptable!

Every year, they take very sloppy photos. This year was the worst yet. My child was not smiling and their hair was so messed up. It’s unfortunate paying a lot for very bad photos.
