Incredibly responsive. Such a dope studio FINALLY in Orange County. A great spot for any kind of portraits. This time I did family portraits but after seeing how much this studio has to offer I am definitely booking for creative “out of the box” engagement sessions.

Everything was good and professional until I asked if I could coordinate picking up birthday balloons I had left behind. They told me they'd call me back but never did and ignored my calls after. Just tell me/your customer it's not possible rather than making empty promises and ignoring them after

Update: 11/24/24 - To the co-owner who responded below. Yes, I didn't call your co-owner when speaking to you but after I hung up I called him immediately after. He told me he'd coordinate me picking it up and then never called me or picked up my calls or returned my voicemail. So YOU are good which is why I gave the 2 stars but your co-owner who told me he'd get back to me never did. Hence why I lowered it. Please don't paint me out to be unfair or untruthful. I know what happened on my end

This is my 3rd time at the studio and each time it has been everything we need in terms of set up and what to expect. Things are organized, clean, and functional. Plenty of space for a group of 5 to shoot comfortably. There is a sectioned off front changing area, bathroom, and various options to choose from for backgrounds (checkered, big mirror, hanging drapery, etc). One of the things that came in clutch was the high step stool for laying down shots. Overall a great experience every time. Only issue would be it can get steamy in there on really hot days, so plan accordingly.

My clients and I had a great photoshoot at OC Photo Studio. The only reason why I can't give a five star rating is due to their rental equipment they have available, such as the Neewer Strobes and C-Stands. The strobes had some parts that were already broken, but still workable. They were used as background lights with softboxes attached, set on the floor along with v-flats. The C-Stands were not as sturdy as the ones I'm used to working with, but they were doable. I brought in my own strobe and used it as a key light. The skylight made an excellent hair light. Bottom line everything worked out and on schedule. When you rent this studio, be absolutely sure to allow plenty of time to set up and tear down the set.

Always enjoy using Orange County Photo Studio for my commercial work. This was my third trip to the studio, and Ill continue to use it!
