Charlita was the BEST PHOTOGRAPHER! She was very patient and creative. It was a very professional from beginning to end. There was a new employee that helped us at checkend, she was friendly and personable. This was definitely not your typical school photo session.

Horrible customer service. We had senior photos taken on August 2, 2023 and were supposed to receive the proofs within 2-4 weeks. It has now been almost 2 months and I have not received anything. No proofs, no communication, nothing. I called their number and was directed to a text/chat system. The Session ID & Access Code that we were given at our appointment does not work. I was even given another Session ID & Access Code thru the chat system and that didn't work. My question is, if my daughter's photos do not exist, what photo will they be using for the yearbook at school? I need an actual human being to speak with not a chat system.

Terribly run business, terrible customer service. We had senior yearbook photos taken on June 22nd and were supposed to receive the proofs within 2-4 weeks. It has now been over a month and I have received nothing - no proofs, no communication, nothing. I have emailed and received one response saying they needed more information. I supplied the information and received no response. I called their 800 number and was hung up on instead of being transferred to the right department. Senior pictures are something that is supposed to be fun and exciting and Prestige has turned this experience into a nightmare full of frustration and regret. Don't waste your money. It's terrible that our schools can't do better than this.

I'll be taking my third child there for senior portraits soon. I'm only going there because our high school contracts with them, so we have to go to at least get the yearbook picture taken.
My two previous experiences (in 2008 and 2010) were just so-so. Slow customer service, delivered with a snarl. But once they get you back there to take the pictures, they are all business and quick. We only signed up for the minimum package, nothing involving clothing changes, etc. The quality of the pictures is good, but nothing more than I'd expect to get at any photography studio.
This time we are off to a good start. I had to change the appointment and left a message. They called back and changed the appointment within a reasonable amount of time. We'll see how they treat us in person.
UPDATE: The staff was much more personable this time around. Still very quick once they get you back to take the pictures.

Awful customer service. Unfortunately our school requires us to use them for yearbook photos. I made an appointment and they said to bring the fee to the appointment. No amount of fee given or what the fee was for or what was included. No one answers the phone or returns my calls. Tried chat on their website and they told me they will get back to me in 7 to 10 days which is after the appointment. The website lists 4 session options but no pricing. There is no pricing available for photos or packages on the website. Just not transparent. It’s hard to make a decision if you want to use them or a personal photographer for your student senior portraits when you can’t get any information from them.
