Worst customer service ever! Ordered under counter lighting 11/12. Shipped from CA to MO on 11/21 and USPS loses the shipment in transit. I inform their customer service multiple times starting 12/1 the shipment is lost and to please send a replacement. 12/9 I’m fed up with their b.s. and tell them to cancel the order that’s never delivered and refund my money. They say sorry they can do that until the items are returned! THEY ARE LOST! Bunch of thieves! Don’t do any business with these crooks!

EDIT: You'll notice they responded telling me to use their live chat to see where their order is. I already wrote in my review that I had done that. Quite frankly I don't believe this company actually has any material in stock and they are simply acting as a drop-shipper for building supplies. I'm attempting to cancel my order now, I will respond to let you all know how that process goes.

Don't trust them for a quickly needed item.

Ordered an in stock item on the 12th. 5 business days later the item has yet to be shipped and I'm being told it is "scheduled to ship in 3-5 business days". This is well beyond their 1-4 days on in stock items.

Their customer service is a joke. I was told they are "at the mercy of factory production" and that they would "reach out to the factory".

What factory? This is an in-stock item. There is not manufacturing involved. Its one thing to say there is a delay, there is another to outright lie about the reason.

I just need to know if I'm going to get a message 2 weeks after ordering that these items are being put on back order. For the price their charging per item and the price they're charging for shipping I wouldn't consider this operation a "bargain" especially when they're going to cost you a ton of time as well.

This store is stealing money from Costumers. I order: Prescolite LTR-6RD-H-SL-15L-DM01 6" Round Downlight New Construction Housing, Standard Lumen, 1500 Lumens, 0-10V Dimming to <1% and they send me an incomplete order and don't want to own it. Mike you are terrible at costumer service. You should know how to treat your costumers.

I bought three replacement fire alarms, one of them started malfunctioning within the first three days. I checked the battery that was included and it was fine so it’s not the problem. I emailed Customer Service and they told me to contact the manufacturer. They are selling faulty merchandise and then telling me I need to contact the manufacturer. Doesn’t seem right.

Items I needed were discontinued by manufacturer but EBS had some in stock. I emailed them to confirm they were in stock because the website doesn’t specify. Gotta quick reply and confirmation that they were. Parts were at my house in 3 days.

Terrible customer service.

I ordered a light that showed 4' long in the description and matched the part number for the same lights I already had which were 4' long. Light arrived and it was 2' long. I messaged them about the issue and 4' description and they immediately pulled the description showing 4' and blamed it on me ordering the wrong part. I was responsible for returning it and they take 25% for restocking.

Go somewhere else. This place is just a scam. They don't know what they're selling and they will blame the customer for their mistakes.

I returned the light on my dime and I still don't have my 75% refund. It's been 10 days since it was delivered back to this place.

I placed an order because they had the best price.
They cancelled my order stating that it was out of stock.
I went on their website and found the exact same part, showed it was in stock, ready to ship.
Oddly, everything was the same except the price, it was nearly double the cost.
